Return & Refund Policy

Because every 8EyeTieDye product is custom-printed with a unique AI design, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. However, we stand behind the quality of our products and will make it right if something goes wrong.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, print error, or shipping damage, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We'll offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

To file a claim, email us at support@8eyetiedye.com with:

  • Your order ID
  • A photo of the defective/damaged item
  • A brief description of the issue

Wrong Size or Item

If you receive the wrong size or a different product than what you ordered, contact us within 14 days and we'll send the correct item at no charge.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started. Because our products are custom-made, production typically begins within 24 hours of payment. If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund is issued.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Mystery packs (designs are delivered digitally upon purchase)
  • Roll credits (consumed upon use)
  • Items reported after the 14-day window
