All 8EyeTieDye products are made to order using print-on-demand technology. Because each item is custom-printed with your unique AI design, please allow additional production time before shipping.
Production Time
Once your order is placed, your design is sent to our print partners for production. Typical production times are:
- Apparel (tees, hoodies, leggings): 3–7 business days
- Neckties: 5–10 business days
Production times may vary during peak seasons or high demand periods.
Shipping Times
After production, shipping times depend on your location:
- United States: 3–7 business days
- Canada: 5–12 business days
- Europe: 7–15 business days
- Australia/New Zealand: 10–20 business days
- Rest of world: 10–25 business days
Total Delivery Estimate
Combining production and shipping, most US orders arrive within 1–2 weeks. International orders may take 2–4 weeks.
Shipping Cost
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We ship to 20+ countries worldwide.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@8eyetiedye.com with your order ID, and we'll investigate with our shipping partner.
International Orders
International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the buyer's responsibility.
